Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I have also been acquiring Star Trek TOS zines from both the zine-distributing website Agent With Style, and through the mail via a fandom friend. It is such a big thrill to meet another person who is also interested in fan history of this kind! I love researching stuff on fanlore too, although I have to take that stuff with a pinch of salt, given that it's a wiki edited by fans with incomplete information.
I think the S&H zine printed on red was a result of the editors being afraid that they'd be persecuted for publishing slash? (although I don't know how reasonable that fear was, as there were plenty of slash stories being published in Star Trek TOS fandom at the time, and the producers were aware of it.)
