I'll pass along your Plague/Vietnam war timing question to a few older SH fans. And Contactzine is up (Steve Wilson is one of the family members of the two editors who passed away).

Another zine publisher, ScotPress, has posted a few of their zines. They did mainly gen Star Trek zines in the 1970s and also ran a letterzine (IDIC): http://www.scotpress.co.uk/archive/archive.html
